Babette Robertson: And her hallway moves like the ocean
On display from 12 June to 23 August 2026, this major exhibition by Babette Robertson transforms fragments of dreams and memory into large-scale paintings and sculptural works.
The exhibition explores how shared unconscious symbols can reflect the pressures of modern life, offering visitors an immersive and reflective gallery experience.
It’s bold, expressive, and deeply atmospheric—inviting viewers to interpret meaning through colour, form, and emotion.
Lismore Regional Gallery Permanent Collection
Also showing across the season is the gallery’s Permanent Collection exhibition, featuring newly acquired works alongside existing pieces from some of Australia’s most respected artists, including Hany Armanious, Lindy Lee, Lottie Consalvo, and Laith McGregor.
This curated display places contemporary works in conversation with one another, offering fresh perspectives on Australian art practice and creative evolution.
Marian Tubbs: I don’t sleep I just dream: unrefined in high definition
Running from 8 May to 9 August 2026, Marian Tubbs presents a multi-layered exhibition combining video, sculpture, photography, and installation.
Her work explores the intersection of technology, ecology, and culture, often with a surreal and humorous edge.
Supported by STATION, this exhibition challenges viewers to think differently about the digital world and our relationship with it.
